Trace Element – Institute for UNESCO (TEU), established under the auspices of UNESCO in 1996, in Lyon, inaugurated its new offices in the Scientfic and Technological Park of Rovaltain (Alixan - Valence TGV) on 4th December.
After the official opening, the institute organised, with the support of the Participation Programme of UNESCO its first international meeting on the site :
